The Sub-committee on University Recognition released the guidelines that will govern the conduct of the awards. Deadline of submission of entries is on 15 February 2013, 5pm, at the Office of the University Facilities and Gymnasium Manager. The verification process by the OSDS will be until 11 February 2013.

The coverage of activities, seminars and awards to be credited this year will be from 10 February 2012 up to 08 February 2013. Entries beyond 08 February 2013 will be credited for the next year's University Recognition.

The recognition rites are slated on 08 March 2013, Justo Albert Auditorium, 1pm.
