The PLM Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Committee in cooperation with Smart Philippines Inc. successfully conducted a seminar today (10 January 2012) and early on (06 December 2011, photos below) to identified frontline service providers dubbed as “Beyond the Call of Duty: A Seminar on Customer Service and Power Personality.” Dynamic and charismatic approaches drew the participants to participate in interesting topics in Customer Service and Power Personality. Mr. JL Cacho and Ms. Ria Marie Luciano handled the seminars, respectively.
